Wee Play and Learn is a local company based in Swords, Co. Dublin. It was founded and is directed by Lisa Donaldson, originally from Swords.

Lisa has been working in the field of early childhood education in the United States for the last number of years. She has taught over two hundred preschool age children using a unique approach to great acclaim by parents and peers.

Lisa holds qualifications in Childcare and in Education and has completed further training in working with children with special needs. She also maintains professional memberships with IPPA and NAEYC and is CPR certified for children.

Lisa is an expert speaker and has been lecturing for over 12 years. She regularly conducts creative and fun sessions at regional country childcare committee network evenings.
